All sales are final. In the event your purchase is not what you wanted ask by E-mail for a Return Authorization. We will refund your shipping if we decide we were at fault with the product you ordered. Remember our business statement... Where good stuff is found. We pride ourselves in quality craft and worthy products of lasting durability. Some item description may include and indicate what the life of the product might be or how to best preserve your product in certain climates.

Most items you pay for the shipping. Some items will be shipped free and this notification will be posted at the item if this is so.

We expect to ship by UPS or USPO as soon as possible. If for some reason there is an unusual delay because of our inability to ship we will ask you for input about your continued interest in your ordered product. Please indicate any special shipping instructions when you order.

We use Google checkout and PayPal for payments. We do not ship until we receive the price paid. On all breakable items we may opt to insure your purchase.
