Please call before returning anything. Crafted items cannot be returned. Call about any problems you see with these products. Used items have a money back guaranteed if deficient. Send us an E-mail for a Return Authorization (RA).
All returns requests will be considered. If there is a defect in materials we will refund your money or send you a replacement and we will pay the shipping expense. Once the order has been shipped we will not cancel the order and you will have to make a request to return the item that you desired. We will not pay the return shipping if the product is without defect but you can recover 80% of you payment. Thanks for ordering from The OUdBAk Company.
